Origin is a web-based platform designed to assist organizations in budgeting and forecasting their facility needs. It provides a framework for managing various facility requirements effectively. Additionally, there is an optional tool available exclusively for iPad users, known as Origin Assessment. This tool serves solely to gather information regarding an organization’s facility assets.

It is important to note that Origin Assessment functions purely as a data collection mechanism. It does not perform calculations, processing, or report generation, which limits its commercial applicability; therefore, it is distributed free of charge.

The intended users of Origin Assessment are the technical personnel within organizations responsible for asset information gathering. Organizations may also engage external third-party contractors to fulfill this role.

Upon the establishment of a Service Agreement between Facility Health Inc. and the organization, the Origin administrator will create accounts and extend invitations to the individuals specified in the Agreement. It is essential to understand that an invitation is the exclusive method for registering on Origin Assessment.
